Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, etc.

  • 2-7 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales in Automotive Division
  • B.TECH & B.SC degree from a reputed institution.
