SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Role

Get Familiarized with Au Finja:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the company's vision, mission, values, and goals.
  2. Learn about the brand's history, market position, and unique selling propositions.


Sales and Business Development:

  1. Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences in 18kt and 22kt jewellery.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and clients.


Market Knowledge and Insights:

  1. Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences in 18kt and 22kt jewellery.
  2. Provide valuable insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning.


Relationship Management:

  1. Establish and maintain a robust network of distributors in key markets of your location.
  2. Leverage existing relationships and build new ones to enhance brand visibility and sales.


Reporting and CRM:

  1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions in the CRM system.
  2. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.


Customer Service:

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and after-sales support.
  2. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.


Team Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive overall team success


Task Updates:

  1. Regularly update all tasks and maintain detailed records. Use project management tools to track progress, achieve targets and meet deadlines.
  2. Record details and update follow-up calls and communications with clients and suppliers.

Accountability

  1. Giving in proper hours of field time and office time.
  2. Reporting to Mumbai head office once every month.
  3. Ensure targets are met on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  4. Ensure that all assets of the company like laptop, tablet or any other assets are kept safe and use properly.
  5. Making sure that any stock taken by you during any visit is handled with care and safety and returned to the office.
  6. Ensuring proper updating of CRM, Excel sheets, reports daily as per business needs.
  7. Ensuring teamwork for the achievement of business goals.
  8. Contributing to all exhibition and trade show related tasks as per business needs.

By adhering to these roles and responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to the success and growth of Au Finja as a Sales Executive.
