Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company products.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Conduct live product demonstrations (virtually or in-person) tailored to client needs.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits to understand client requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, sales activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve individual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/MBA/Btech.
• Proven experience in a sale or tele calling role (minimum 2 -4 years preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS word, PPT.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in presenting products and handling client queries.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
