About the Position

We are looking for driven and customer-focused professionals to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's real estate projects to potential clients. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional home-buying experience. Whether you are a fresher eager to start your sales career or a professional with prior real estate experience, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the real estate industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and clients through regular engagement.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings.
  • Present project details confidently across in-person, telephonic, and digital platforms.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and timely documentation.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, client interactions, and sales reports through CRM tools.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers passionate about sales are welcome.

Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Real Estate or related industries will be preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Result-oriented and proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Kannada/ Telugu/ Hindi.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
  • Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).
