What you will drive?

  • Meetings and Discussions with Corporate/ Dealers:

    • Conduct regular dealer meetings to understand their needs, provide product updates, and discuss business opportunities.
    • Ensure continuous communication with key stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
  • End-to-End Sales Process:

    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution of processes and client support.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, focusing on consistent sales growth and helping in meeting targets.
  • Handle Escalations:

    • Proactively manage and resolve any client issues or escalations to ensure smooth and satisfactory outcomes.
    • Work closely with internal teams to address operational challenges and provide timely solutions to dealers.
  • Data Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and analyse sales performance and key metrics for your region, preparing regular reports for management review.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business processes and improve account performance.

What we're looking for?

  • Industry Knowledge:

    • A background in the automobile sector or working with startups is a plus.
  • Sales & Communication Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle tough negotiations, close deals, and foster long-term relationships with dealers/ clients.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling escalations and client issues efficiently.
    • Ability to manage complex cases and ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Adaptability:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadline.
