Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive - Retail + ADM at our Ambala City Head Office Car Dealership, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving retail sales and managing administrative tasks across multiple key locations including Jalandhar, Moga, Bathinda, Tri-City Chandigarh, Hisar, Karnal, and Rohtak. Your primary focus will be on achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and efficient handling of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Retail Sales Excellence: Engage with potential customers, demonstrate products, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Administrative Management (ADM): Handle sales-related paperwork, customer documentation, loan applications, and vehicle delivery processes efficiently. Customer Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Market & Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, pricing, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. We are looking for individuals who are not just salespeople but enthusiastic advocates for our brand. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail sector, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks are essential, along with a valid driver's license and readiness to travel to different locations as required.
