Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions from our product and services range. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to understand industrial products and services, including automated systems and electrical panels
• Experience in market research and client relationship management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Relevant experience in the industrial or agricultural sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
