Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Executives to join our Australian sales process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a proven sales background, and knowledge of the Australian solar industry. Prior experience in solar sales for the Australian market will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Engage with Australian customers via calls, emails, and online meetings to promote and sell solar solutions. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar packages. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to close deals. Provide accurate information about solar products, pricing, government rebates, and financing options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales service. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (solar industry experience for Australian market preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Australian solar rebates, incentives, and compliance (advantageous).
