Sales Executive

This is a great role for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands ambition, and wants to sell a product that actually changes lives.

🎯 Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will

• Speak to interested students and professionals
• Understand their background and goals
• Recommend the right Aim Fiinsight program
• Close enrollments and hit monthly targets

📈 What You Will Do

Lead Handling & Outreach

• Call and message leads generated from LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, referrals and webinars
• Respond quickly to enquiries and keep conversations warm

Consultative Selling

• Run short discovery calls to understand the candidate’s education, work experience and target roles
• Explain program structure, duration, fees, AF packages and placement support in simple language
• Help the candidate decide if the program is the right fit and guide them through the enrollment process

Follow Ups & Closure

• Maintain a clean lead tracker or CRM
• Send reminders, follow up messages and clarifications
• Handle basic objections on time, fees and career outcomes
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed your monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Reporting & Collaboration

• Share daily and weekly reports on calls, demos and conversions
• Work with marketing to improve pitch, FAQs and common message templates
• Share feedback from the market to help improve programs and communication

✅ What We Expect From You

• 1 to 4 years of experience in EdTech sales
• Admissions or academic counselling
• Inside sales or telesales
• Strong spoken and written English; Hindi comfort is a plus
• Confident on phone and video calls
• Comfortable with targets, follow ups and basic Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to listen, understand needs and explain value clearly
• A

• Have sold higher ticket or professional courses before
• Have some exposure to finance or are curious about IB, PE, VC, valuations and consulting
