Job Description

Role Summary

The Regional Sales Executive will drive new business and manage client relationships for Sensilos cybersecurity, smart city, and IoT product portfolio. The role involves identifying opportunities, running product demos, responding to RFPs, and closing complex B2B or government deals — often in collaboration with system integrators and channel partners.

You’ll work closely with the technical pre-sales, field services, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in India, GCC, and Southeast Asia.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct engaging demos and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop account and territory plans with quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Respond to RFPs and coordinate bid submissions with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and field service teams to ensure smooth POCs and deployments.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: track opportunities, update deal stages, and generate reports.
  • Represent Sensilo at industry events and customer meetings (domestic and occasional international travel).
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, IoT, or smart city domains.
  • Proven record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise or public-sector deals.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple accounts, and driving pipeline growth.
  • Experience working with system integrators, channel partners, or public-sector RFPs.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Preferred Experience

  • Existing relationships with smart city, public safety, or infrastructure clients in India or GCC.
  • Knowledge of OT/IT security, device management, or edge computing.
  • Experience selling to government, utilities, ports, or industrial sectors.
  • Prior experience in solution selling within IoT or cybersecurity ecosystems.
