Job Description

Sales Management:

Handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about local market trends, property values, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with the best investment advice.

Property Listings:

Promote and advertise new property listings, conduct property viewings, and represent the company at property showings and open houses.

Lead Generation:

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.

Negotiation:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.

Documentation & Compliance:

Handle the paperwork involved in real estate transactions, ensuring all contracts, agreements, and legal documents comply with industry standards and regulations.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, track performance against targets, and work toward achieving or exceeding sales goals.
