Professional at all times, with the highest work ethics & standards. 2. Educational Qualification - Any Engineering Graduate, Preferably an MBA in Marketing 3. Experience Connected to Engineering & Arts/Sci Education campus. 4. Domain Knowledge: Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in B2B Institutional Sales in E Learning/Edtech. Should have knowledge on NEP. Excellent Commercial acumen Should have solutioning mindset, ability to understand customer pain points and to ensure customer delight. Defining competitive marketing strategies to ensure sales and bring business. Must have good connect with Engineering Campuses. Expected to be well updated on E-learning platform and Ed Tech business. 5. Essential Skills: Must be able to engage technically with customers. Must have exposure to solution-based selling. Possess Networking skills at Leadership levels. Excellent Communication skills Negotiation and Convincing skills Should have proven record as a Sales Leader 6. Deliverables: Drive the team to ensure success in Sales. To create new strategy/plans to enhance business. Responsible for overall Sales performance. Ensure repeat orders and growth. Sensing business opportunities & realizing them for L&T
