Job Description

Position: Sales Executive (Diagnostics Industry)

Location: Panchkula

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Develop new B2B clients (hospitals, nursing homes, pathology labs, diagnostic
  • centres, doctors, clinics).
  • Generate B2C walk-ins through promotional activities, referral programs, and local
  • outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral
  • business.
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of sales
  • strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Science / Commerce / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare market and customer base.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
