Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

· Sales Development: Pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

· Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and overall business objectives.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.

· Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, tracking progress against targets.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Com in Marketing, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.

· Strong lead generation skills and a track record of achieving monthly sales targets.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Excellent research skills to identify market trends and potential clients.

Additional Qualification:

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed (Field Sales)

· Self bike or motorcycle is mandatory.
