SME (Stok maintanance execuive)

• Stock Data Entry:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements in the system, including incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Stock Count & Issuance:

Regularly monitor physical stock levels and issue materials to respective departments as per requirements.Record all dispatch-related data accurately including customer, quantity, and vehicle details.Enter and verify incoming raw material data including quantity, quality, and batch information.Coordinate daily with the Plant Head for updates on material requirements, stock status, and operational planning.Conduct preliminary checks on incoming and outgoing materials for quantity and basic quality standards.Assist in executing UR (Usage Report) and Pulling Tests for product/material verification, as required.Support monthly and annual inventory audits, reconcile stock discrepancies, and maintain proper storage practices.
