Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator in the Sales & Events department based in Gurugram, your main responsibility will be to provide proactive and detail-oriented support to sales and event operations. Your role will involve managing client meetings, organizing customized events, and finalizing contracts to ensure client satisfaction and successful deal closures. Your excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills will be essential in meeting client requirements and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule, coordinate, and attend client meetings to understand their needs and preferences effectively. - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for seamless communication. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Plan and execute client events based on specific requirements and budgets professionally. - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution. - Oversee all event logistics including venue setup, timelines, and client satisfaction. - Assist in preparing and delivering customized proposals and quotations to clients. - Negotiate terms and close contracts aligned with company goals and client expectations. - Ensure proper documentation and handover of confirmed deals to operations teams efficiently. - Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, contracts, and sales pipeline details accurately. - Prepare regular reports on meetings, event status, and contract closures for effective tracking. - Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets collaboratively. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Event Coordinator, or similar role is necessary. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for managing various tasks effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are crucial for client interactions. - Confidence in client-facing roles and negotiating contracts confidently is required. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred. - Ability to work 6 days a week to meet job demands effectively. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field is preferred for this role.
