Sales Engineer(Male)-Aluminium Windows & Doors Installation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aluminium window and door solutions, building strong client relationships, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminium windows and doors segment.

2. Engage with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote product offerings.

3. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

4. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documentation to clients.

5. Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project conversions to achieve sales targets.

6. Coordinate with the estimation and design teams for project-specific inputs.

7. Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

9. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

· Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

· Willingness to learn and work on-site.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in aluminium fabrication, fenestration, or construction.

· Good understanding of aluminium profiles, systems, and installation practices.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

· Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in working with aluminium system companies or façade contractors.

· Existing network within the construction and architecture industry in Kerala.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
