Role & responsibilities Work closely with Dealers to identify and target potential customers within the designated Locations and industry sectors. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Conduct regular visits to customer sites, and industry events to stay informed about market trends and customer requirements. Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer-specific requirements and provide timely solutions. Actively promote L& T Valve products and services to Dealers and end-users. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Preferred candidate profile The incumbent should be an Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation) with a minimum of 1 years of experience Should have experience in Valve Industry or other allied industries. Should possess excellent communication skills
