Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• 75% Sales Travel PAN India
• Conducting and Attending Sales meetings Consistent Follow-Up with client
• Good Communication with intra departments for timely delivery of services
• Smart Negotiation skills are necessary to build a win-win situation
• Set up meetings between our technical team and customers at their locations.
• Collect all data about their Noise problems
• Keep track of inquiries, sales meetings, and receipt of P.O. & get the P.O. checked by the Technical and Accounts team
• Being the point of contact between the customer and the business development team.
• Coordinate with the operations team for manufacturing, installation, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience in selling goods/services, in the field of Heat and Noise mitigation at the manufacturing area, construction/infra building etc.
• Active & Relevant sales experience in Manufacturing, Construction and Services industry.
• CRM Experience will be beneficial.
• Will be responsible for contacting the leads generated by the Marketing team & contacting existing customers of the company.
• Dynamic sales conversion history is a must.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Challenge-taking and learning aptitude
• Hands-on and can-do attitude - high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines.
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a cloud software organization with a rapidly evolving product and growing customer base.
