DESIGNATION: - Design Engineer ESTIMATION & DRAWING. Job duties Duties & Responsibilities of Design Engineer 1. Having hands on experience of 5 to 10 years on solid works especially in sheet metal. 2. Collect, assess, and analyse all customer input & site visit input as per the design questionnaire template to proceed for preparation of detailed GA Drawing. 3. On receipt of PO, designer visits site if required, for final concept & measurement as per mutual agreement with customer. 4. Make G A drawing (using AutoCAD & Solid Works), as per site visit and send the same to sales for client approval. 5. On clients approval of GA drawing, start detailed fabrication drawing nesting drawing and prepare TPL standard BOQ and obtain approval from Operation Manager 6. Release approved BOQ, fabrication drawing and nesting drawing to production department on email. 7. Visits to shop floor during actual fabrication in case any doubt arises. 8. Explain the design concept to the execution Engineer before proceeding for installation.

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible to provide assurance of the quality of product/ services delivered to the customer as per the approved drawing and QAP and to keep a record of the reports regarding the same. Ensure QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) as per client requirements. Ensure all stage inspection report as per mentioned in QAP. Check and Approve inspection report Ensure inspection release note (IRN) Ensure NCR if material rejection and submit to production department Calibrate all measuring equipment as per requirement Conduct Internal Audit with all department Coordinate with 3rd party inspector as per client requirements. Knowledge of measuring equipment, Raw material inspection, In-process & final inspection. • Knowledge of preparing different stage inspection report. Knowledge of ISO 2015:9001 certification. Knowledge of internal and vendor audit.

Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience in selling goods/services, in the field of Heat and Noise mitigation at the manufacturing area, construction/infra building etc. Active & Relevant sales experience in Manufacturing, Construction and Services industry. CRM Experience will be beneficial. Will be responsible for contacting the leads generated by the Marketing team & contacting existing customers of the company. Dynamic sales conversion history is a must. Excellent communication and engagement skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE. 1. Daily basis system Updating (Tally Prime) I. Daily Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Expenses entry in system. II. Preparation of All Dispatch Documents Delivery challan, Sales/Service E-Invoices, E-way Bills etc. III. Expenses Vouchers checking & entering in system. Keeping all Employees IOU data & maintaining proper records. IV. Payments following ups by email or call with parties. V. Co-ordination with Banks, Auditors, Vendors, Supplier, Client & other Consultant related to accounts. VI. Finalization of Accounts. 2. Preparation, analysis & submission of accounting Reports. I. Weekly cumulative collection & outstanding Summary. II. Monthly Bank Reconciliation. III. Monthly preparation of payable Taxation workings (GST & TDS) & making payments. IV. Fortnightly Preparation of Cash flow report. 3. Monitor & control Dispatches to Customers, based on O/s status. 4. Release of Payments- IMPS, RTGS, NEFT, Cheque, as per planned schedules with records. 5. Liaison with Co.s internal department for compliance & running smooth operations of the Co. 6. Liaison & compliance with external & statutory agencies related to audit, insurance, PF, Sales & Service Tax/Income Tax authorities, Tally/Cloud Support Team etc. on Time. 7. Maintaining monitoring & complying with all activities related to accounts, Bank reporting, direct/indirect taxation payments. 8. ERP implementation/modifications for Accounts & finance related, promptly, as & when needed. 9. Visit to Banks, Client office for documents submission when needed. 10. Bookkeeping of all documents related to accounts. 11. All work assigned by Manager, MD, Correspondence etc. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Required Accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of Accounting Standards Critical Thinking, Problem solving, Knowledge of Finalization of accounts. System Knowledge- Tally Prime, MS-Excel, Outlook, Emails, Internet. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Required Bachelor’s degree- Commerce. 3-4 years’ experience of Whole Accounting work. 3-4 years’ Work Experience in System - Tally Prime, MS-Office -Advance Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Internet etc.

This role demands strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to provide innovative, client-focused design solutions. The engineer will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver customized and turnkey project designs that meet industry standards, timelines, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Project Coordination Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and provide customized design solutions. Actively participate in site visits across India with the sales and project teams for new inquiries and ongoing projects. Handle turnkey project design responsibilities, ensuring complete design solutions from concept to execution. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, sales teams, and clients for smooth execution of design deliverables. 2. Team Leadership & Management Lead and manage the design team with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Foster collaboration, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of designs and drawings. Coordinate with external design consultants to ensure outsourced work is delivered as per requirement and on time. 3. Design Development & Technical Expertise Oversee the SolidWorks and AutoCAD to prepare detailed 2D/3D models, drawings, and BOMs for sheet metal and structural products. Create and analyse structural models for components such as platforms, cabins, and support structures. Perform load and stress calculations to ensure structural integrity and compliance with codes. Provide innovative, cost-effective, and technically sound solutions to complex design challenges. 4. Advanced Design & Analysis knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and should be able to coordinate with external experts whenever advanced analysis is required. Review and validate consultant reports. 5. Documentation & Compliance Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and drawings to ensure clarity and alignment with client and project requirements. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 8 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and structural design. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD . Proven experience in leading and managing design teams . Strong technical expertise in design solutions, structural analysis, and fabrication processes. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and client-facing). Ability to manage turnkey project designs from inquiry to execution. Familiarity with CFD analysis and coordination with consultants. Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations .
