Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the thermal spray industry, specifically focusing on HVOF, Plasma, Combustion Wire, and Flame Spray services. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle, starting from lead generation and customer engagement, progressing through technical discussions and commercial negotiations, and culminating in contract finalization. Building strong and enduring relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and end users in our target industries will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within our existing accounts, as well as collaborate with technical and procurement stakeholders to comprehend application requirements and recommend suitable coating solutions. Your duties will also involve creating and delivering persuasive technical and commercial proposals and presentations, as well as coordinating technical trials, sample qualifications, and first-article approvals in collaboration with both internal and customer teams. Close collaboration with our operations, engineering, and quality departments will be essential to ensure seamless order execution, timely delivery of high-quality services, and effective issue resolution to guarantee customer satisfaction post-delivery. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical, metallurgical, or Materials Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should have 2-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably within the thermal spray, surface engineering, or industrial coatings sector. Candidates with an MBA in marketing from reputable institutions are encouraged to apply, and freshers with a keen interest in establishing a career in sales will also be considered. This is a permanent position with an in-person work location.
