Job Description Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of thermal spray systems (Plasma, HVOF, Flame Spray, Arc Spray etc). Diagnose and resolve issues with power supplies, spray guns, feeders, cooling systems, manipulators/robotics, and dust collection units. Team Coordination: Assist in the coordination of daily workflow and performance of thermal spray technicians, supporting production goals and shift handoffs. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Equipment Management: Monitor and maintain gas supply lines, powder feeders, and control panels for safe and reliable operation. Troubleshooting: Address issues related to spray operations and escalate complex problems when necessary. Documentation: Maintain accurate Maintenance records in SAP for tracking purposes.
