Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in elevator and construction segments.
  • Meet architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote company products.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate and close sales orders.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project handover.
  • Maintain good client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Regular reporting of sales activities and market feedback to management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of technical drawings and elevator products.
  • Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Local language proficiency is an added advantage.
