Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

Sysgreen Engineers Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Engineer – Solar Projects to drive sales of solar rooftop solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Kerala. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and provide technical solutions for solar installations.
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Follow up with potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the design and project team for site feasibility and solution finalization.
• Negotiate with clients on pricing, payment terms, and close orders.
• Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and sales reports.
• Support in marketing activities, awareness programs, and exhibitions.
• Assist clients with KSEB net metering process and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 Years of Sales / Business Development experience in Solar / Electrical / Technical products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical understanding of solar rooftop systems (Panels, Inverters, Net Metering).
• Proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email).
• Willing to travel within Kerala for client meetings and site visits.

• Prior experience in rooftop solar sales.
• Malayalam speaking is essential for customer interactions.
• Own vehicle is preferred for site visits.

Pay: ₹11,650.73 - ₹41,366.10 per month
