    across various industries (automotive, packaging, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Lead Generation

    : Identify new leads, engage with potential clients, and pitch customized solutions.
  • Technical Expertise

    : Understand clients' technical requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Proposal Preparation

    : Develop technical proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Client Relationship

    : Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional post-sales support.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with engineering, project management, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting

    : Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts.

For Sales Head Role

:
  • Team Leadership

    : Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets. Ensure team performance aligns with business goals.
