Responsible for driving the sales process by providing technical expertise and ensuring that the proposed solutions meet customer requirements. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, IoT, small cells).Knowledge of network infrastructure, RF (radio frequency) planning, and signal propagation.Experience with network design and configuration tools. Sales Skills: Proven track record of successful sales in a technical environment, ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information clearly and understandably. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing solutions to customer challenges. Technical Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams by understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Create and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solutions for potential clients. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for wireless telecom solutions, offering advice and guidance to both customers and internal teams. Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to customize solutions for customers. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their technical needs, pain points, and business goals. Work closely with sales teams to develop proposals, quotes, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any technical issues during the sales cycle and offering timely solutions. Solution Design & Configuration: Design tailored wireless telecom solutions based on customer requirements and industry standards. Ensure that all solutions are technically sound and align with company capabilities and offerings. Participate in site surveys and network design assessments when needed. Market Research and Business Development: Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings in the wireless telecom space. Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and business growth strategies. Provide product and marketing teams feedback regarding customer needs and market trends. Sales Enablement and Training: Train internal sales teams on product features, technical specifications, and benefits of wireless telecom solutions. Assist with the creation of sales materials, technical documentation, and case studies. Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical concerns and demonstrating the value of solutions.
