We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales for residential, commercial, or industrial solar solutions. Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors Educate customers on solar energy solutions, ROI, and subsidy benefits Conduct site visits, load analysis, and present customized proposals Prepare and deliver professional presentations and quotations Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with design and technical teams for accurate solutions Maintain records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM tools Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any field; preference for marketing, engineering, or business) Minimum 0-1 year experience in sales (solar or technical products preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Willingness to travel to client sites Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
