Experience: 0-2 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee the installation and commissioning of solar power systems (rooftop & ground-mounted). You will be responsible for on-site execution, team coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and contractors. Manage installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections. Perform site assessments and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and support maintenance teams. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in solar EPC or electrical site work is a plus. Knowledge of PV system components and solar standards. Ability to read drawings & handle basic project documentation. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project needs.
