Location: Kalamassery | Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: 0-1 Year Job Description: The Solar Helper will assist in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems by supporting technicians in handling equipment, tools, and materials. Responsibilities: Assist technicians in lifting and mounting solar panels. Handle tools and electrical components on-site. Support wiring and fabrication work. Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the worksite. Learn and develop basic technical skills in solar installation. Requirements: ✅ No formal education required; previous experience is a plus. ✅ Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. ✅ Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. ✅ Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
