Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role with a hybrid working arrangement, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills: ability to develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: adept at managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and issues.
  • Communication and Negotiation skills: strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as proficient negotiation skills for closing deals.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: capability to analyze market trends, interpret sales data, and devise solutions to overcome sales challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
