Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to provide tailored solutions to our clients. You will act as a bridge between our engineering team and customers, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a solid understanding of IT solutions including AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop strategies for engagement.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Manage time efficiently to balance multiple client engagements and project deadlines.
  • Organise technical demonstrations and workshops for clients to illustrate product capabilities.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales or technical support role within the IT sector is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in laser related product sales is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
