Job Description

Core Duties / KRA:

Making Field Visits on daily basis for Sales of AC Drives, Control Panel & Automation Solution
Accept Sales Target & work towards achievement of Organizational Goals
Take care of Existing Customer Business
Carry out focused Sales & Marketing Activities to increase Share of Wallet ( SOW ) from Existing Customer Accounts
Make Cold Calling to identify New Customer
Identify new Customers , Validate and Create Rapport
Generate new leads / inquiries from identified customers
Make Necessary follow-up with potential customers for converting Leads to Sales
Review market scenario, doing competition analysis and submit insights to management
Do joint visits with Sr./directors for betterment of Business
Take Responsibilities of Payment O/S , in case of overdue OR non-receipt amount

Expected to Continue Learning :

Attending various trainings

Reports expected:

Weekly Activity Plan
Maintaining leads related Data and provide to Senior Sales colleague / Management
Other Report Submission if any ; as directed by HR / Senior Colleague
