Sales Engineer

As a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Institutional sales within the Commercial Building Services sector, you will be responsible for selling Grundfos Make Pumps and Hydro pneumatic systems in the Ahmedabad region of Gujarat. Your key tasks will include engaging in institutional sales activities for Grundfos Pumps across various types of projects including commercial projects, residential buildings, townships, hostels, hospitals, and hotels. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants, architects, and builders to promote Grundfos products. You will be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that encompasses sales strategies, revenue targets, and expense controls to effectively manage organizational sales. Meeting sales targets, tracking sales goals, and providing regular reports on sales performance will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads, attending sales and product training sessions, and enhancing the sales team's performance through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education are also integral parts of this role. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting the organization and its products to achieve sales targets specifically within the Commercial Building Services product segment. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the field of institutional sales. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person in the Gujarat region, with a primary focus on Ahmedabad.
