Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation to drive business growth in the Bengaluru region. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with hands-on knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts in assigned territory
• Promote and sell industrial automation solutions including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, sensors, and control panels
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and follow up for order closure
• Coordinate with application engineering, service, and supply chain teams
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with customers
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 2–6 years of experience in industrial automation sales or application engineering
• Strong knowledge of automation products (PLC, HMI, SCADA, drives, sensors, etc.)
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
