Sales Engineer

Position Summary:

Person with proven experience in Sales & Relationship Management for sales activities of the organization required for Patna,- location. 5 to 6 years experience in equipment Sales and Marketing.

Work You ll Do:

Candidate should have 5 - 6 years experience in Sales and Relationship management, including (but not limited to):

1. Managing client relationships and selling company products and services in assigned territory. Responsible for achieving New Business and Shipment of machines in-line with AOP target of the year.

2. Responsible of collecting machine payments as per timeline.

3. Implements sales strategies, identifies potential customers, and manages existing customer relationships.

4. Access market and competitors movements. Establish relationship with dormant and competitors customers.

5. Collaborates with sales, IT and finance to create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure that the revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate and timely data. Develops, plans and conducts training on techniques for selling the organizations products and/or services.

6. Job duties encompass a variety of straightforward tasks, processes, or systems OR are focused on specific routine tasks.

7. Ability to recognize and solve typical problems, without supervisory approval. Manages own workload, with periodic guidance under moderate supervision

Team:

This role shall be part of East region Sales team after training period.

Basic Qualifications:

Must possess a fulltime BE/ B-Tech degree with 5 - 6 years experience in Equipment sales and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Having knowledge in Equipment sales - process equipments sales preferably from Plastic Industry.
