Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Kochi, KeralaSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in TATA or similar reputed organizations will be given preference.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineers to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. They will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/solutions to clients, offering technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient solutions.
• Conduct product demos and site visits as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or technical support role.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Candidates from TATA or similar companies preferred.
