Job Overview

Industrial Heating Systems, Automation Solutions, and Air Blowers

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management:

    Proactively manage the entire sales cycle within the assigned territory, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship:

    Identify, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
  • Technical Sales:

    Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions to engineers, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
  • Needs Analysis:

    Understand client challenges and requirements to recommend the most suitable products and systems.
  • Quotation & Negotiation:

    Present competitive technical and commercial proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the territory.
  • Reporting:

    Frequently submit detailed sales reports, Daily activity logs, funnel status, and market feedback to the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
  • A minimum of

    2-4 years of field sales experience

    .
  • Proven sales experience

    with at least one of the following:

    Industrial Heating Systems, Industrial Automations, Side channel Blowers

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with handling of imported heaters and blowers
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and applications.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
