Job Duties:

1. Generating new Sales Inquiries through Architects, PMC consultants, IPCs, Developers, etc. by making sales calls as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.

2. Develop strong relations with Architects, PMC consultants, IPCs, Developers, etc. for Sales lead generations and Order closures.

3. Perform site surveys, and estimations, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs.

4. Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.

5. Coordination with client & internal team.

6. Payment follow-ups with clients ensure timely collection.

7. Preparing Techno-Commercial proposals / Tenders, BOQ, Invoices, costing sheets, along with Sales Performance Reports.

8.Prepare/ Edit Auto-CAD Drawings as and when required.

9. Extend any technical support required during order execution.

10.Prepare and present Weekly, Monthly/ Quarterly Sales Reports.

11. Responsibility of achieving assigned Sales targets.

12.Perform Business analysis to track the Target VS Achievement progress.

Job Requirement:

1. Qualification - BE/ B-tech Engineer

2. Experience – 5 to 8 years of Experience in Project Sales (Especially in HVAC

3. Technical skills: AUTOCAD, BOQ Preparation, Ms Excel, Negotiation.

4. English Communication skills: to interact with clients, explain technical information and answer questions about HVAC systems to build trust with clients and encourage them to make a purchase.

5. Problem-solving skills: To identify customer needs and find solutions to those needs.

6. Product knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the HVAC system and its different types.

7. Customer service: To answer customer questions about products, services and warranties.

SALARY OFFERED - BEST in the Industry (Based on skills & Experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Project Sales in HVAC: 5 years (Required)
