Representing the organization at trade exhibitions and events.
Visiting customers and targeting potential customers to generate new business. To ensure achievement of the sales target. To Handle customer issues and their technical / commercial requirements To provide technical solutions / clarification to customers and ensure their satisfaction. To ensure Quotation to the customer reaches in time through proper planning & time management. To ensure proper documentation i.e. LOI, contract and clearance of drawings. To ensure advance and further collections are done as per schedule / commitment To implement Quality Management Systems. Handing over of project sites to FOD on a timely basis. Ensuring timely updating of the project in ERP. Monitoring Completion of the contractual formalities within the cycle time. Adherence to all process & documentations as per ISO. Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
