The Pre-Sales Associate will play a key role in understanding client needs, showcasing Mindbird.ais platform capabilities, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end. The role involves engaging with inbound and outbound leads to identify their business challenges, customer engagement workflows, and automation requirements. You will conduct requirement-gathering discussions and map client use cases to Mindbirds solutions.
A major responsibility includes delivering tailored product demonstrations that highlight how the platform enhances customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes showcasing automation flows, journey orchestration, campaign management, and relevant integrations.
You will design solution architectures, customer journeys, flow diagrams, and automation logic aligned to client goals. The role also requires preparing proposals, pitch decks, and ROI models, as well as collaborating with product and engineering teams to evaluate integration possibilities and recommend feature enhancements.
The Pre-Sales Associate will support the sales team with technical qualification, objection handling, RFP inputs, pricing discussions, and competitive insights. Maintaining clear and proactive communication with prospects throughout the evaluation cycle is essential, along with articulating Mindbirds value proposition and differentiation within the CPaaS and WhatsApp automation ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, SaaS Sales Support, or Customer Success (preferably in CPaaS/MarTech/Automation/CRM).
Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, automation tools, or customer engagement platforms (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
Experience delivering demos and crafting solution documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
