Job Description

Position Title / Designation:

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

Primary Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles
Proven track record of following sales guidelines and achieving targets
Experience in selling systems/plants to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Working knowledge of financial aspects of sales, including ABG (Advance Bank Guarantee) and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee)
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to identify and develop new customers (added advantage)
Capable of preparing and delivering effective presentations

Secondary Responsibilities:

Knowledge of thin film evaporators, pilot plants, and vacuum systems
Understanding of unit operations such as distillation and evaporation
Sound technical knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical process plants

SECTION VI: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

Preferred:
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Institute:
Preferably from reputed institutions

Experience:

3 to 5 years in a relevant role

Functional Skills Required:

Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of assigned tasks
Effective presentation and sales skills

Success Behaviours (Minimum 3 Critical Behaviours):

Take accountability for tasks and outcomes
Understand the requirements and objectives of projects
Be adaptable and flexible across a variety of projects

SECTION VII: KEY INTERACTIONS

Internal Interactions:

Collaborate with various departments for innovative thinking and execution
Active cross-functional coordination

Maintain clear and precise communication with customers and external stakeholders
