Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth by offering value-driven solutions. You will be responsible for selling a range of electrical products, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive sales for the following product lines:
  • 11 kV & 33 kV Indoor VCB Panels
  • Compact Substations / Control & Relay Panels
  • TTA / Non-TTA Panels as per IEC 61439 & 61641
  • LT Panels – PCC, MCC, APFC, DG Synchronizing Panels, Distribution Boards (up to 6300A)
  • Cable Trays, Bus Ducts, IT Server Racks, and EV Chargers
  • Conduct presentations, technical discussions, and product demos with clients and consultants.
  • Target and engage large institutional and infrastructure clients like:
  • CPWD, PWD, Housing Boards, Smart Cities
  • PSUs like BHEL, ISRO, BARC, PDIL, Metro Rail, HAL, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL
  • Refineries, PMCs, Electrical Consultants, EPCs, and MNCs/Industries
  • Understand client pain points, technical requirements, and match them with optimal product solutions.
  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, tender documentations, and follow-ups with internal costing and design teams.
  • Provide competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and ensure pricing strategy aligns with market trends.
  • Ensure customer retention and upselling, while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in industrial electrical solutions
  • Strong understanding of GA drawings, panel costing, control circuits, and tender specs
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle technical client discussions and site visits
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel frequently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
