ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, customer meetings, and presentations. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue. Conduct technical demonstrations of products to potential customers and provide solutions for their needs. Strong technical background with an understanding of agricultural machinery & equipment Responsible for achieving the personal and team Sales Targets of the Region Develop strong long-term relationships with customers, dealers Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities Provided technical expertise and consultative support to clients regarding equipment functionality and features. Prospect for business, schedule appointments, & visit customers to review their product needs and determine opportunities. Prepare and send technical quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals. Close orders and collect customer payment promptly thereafter. Convert leads. Present product presentations, and conduct demonstrations, seminars, exhibitions, and conferences Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to provide technical sales support. manage freshers' team, provide job training, and manage their performance Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and create required documents Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Coordinate with the manufacturing team from RFQ to delivery. SKILLS REQUIRED Proficiency in Sales and Marketing operations. Engineering process knowledge Familiarity with inventory software and systems (e.g.MS Office, CRM,ERP,Tally) Negotiation (Mandatory skill) Communication (Mandatory skill Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill) Customer Relationship Management Product Knowledges.
