Prospect for business, schedule appointments, & visit customers to review their product needs and determine opportunities. Prepare and send technical quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals. Close orders and collect customer payment promptly thereafter. Convert leads. Present product presentations, and conduct demonstrations, seminars, exhibitions, and conferences Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to provide technical sales support. manage freshers' team, provide job training, and manage their performance Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and create required documents Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Coordinate with the manufacturing team from RFQ to delivery. SKILLS REQUIRED Proficiency in Sales and Marketing operations.
