Job Description

As a Sales Engineer (SE) in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include engaging with qualified leads, preparing solutions, and closing deals. You will serve as the technical-commercial bridge, ensuring that customer requirements are thoroughly understood and addressed with appropriate mast climbing work platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Convert qualified leads into active opportunities through discussions and presentations. - Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and gather customer requirements. - Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and rental solutions. - Lead negotiations and secure orders from both new and repeat customers. - Manage BDR performance by reviewing lead quality and pipeline contribution. - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure project satisfaction. - Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends and competition. Mandatory Qualifications: - Graduate Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil). - 2-4 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in construction/rental equipment. - Strong technical understanding of cranes, construction equipment, rack and pinion equipment, scaffolding rental service industry, or similar solutions.
