Shall be technically sound on subjects such as Design of Mechanics, Engineering Drawing, Strength of Materials & Design of Machines. Should be able to draw and understand Free Body Diagrams. Should be able to understand Engineering Part Drawings & Bill of Materials. Should be ready to travel for work on field as well as off field as and when required . Shall be able to lead a team in an organized manner. Shall be able to communicate about company’s products and services to the customer through emails, phone calls, messages or any other means of formal communication. Shall be able to prepare EOD report on daily basis. Shall be able to prepare their KRA on weekly basis.
