Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through research, networking, exhibitions, and other lead-generation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver customized quotations and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to order closure, including payment follow-up.
• Conduct customer visits for technical discussions, product demonstrations, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery.
• Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting, and customer care to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases for effective tracking and analysis.
• Regularly present sales performance updates and market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Polymer, or Production preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of injection-molded parts or related industrial components to OEMs or B2B clients.
• Strong technical understanding of plastics, tooling, injection molding processes, and product design.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
