Job Description

Role Summary

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for empowering TruKKers sales teams (Hunters, KAMs & Regional Sales Leads) across India and the GCC with the right research, tools, content, data, and process guidance. This role ensures sales teams are fully prepared with client intelligence, industry insights, presentations, and CRM accuracy to boost conversion, reactivation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Research & Insight Preparation

  • Conduct focused research on existing and potential client accounts.
  • Prepare

    concise one-pagers/client briefs

    highlighting company background, opportunities, and relevant TruKKer offerings (FTL, FF, Last Mile, Cross-border, Asset-light services, etc.).
  • Share briefs with regional teams before client meetings, calls, and proposals.

2. Sales Tooling & Content Support

  • Create and customize

    presentations, pitch decks, pricing insights, and data packs

    for Hunters and KAMs.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, SOPs, templates, and best-practice documentation.
  • Ensure all materials are standardized and aligned with the TruKKer brand and value proposition.

3. Lead Identification & Market Expansion

  • Identify

    new prospects, sectors, and emerging industries

    suitable for TruKKers logistics services.
  • Work with regional sales teams to build targeted sales lists and high-potential pipelines.
  • Track key

    events, exhibitions, and regional activities

    that may generate strong leads.

4. Cross-Selling, Upselling & Reactivation

  • Analyze account data to identify

    cross-sell and upsell opportunities

    (multi-service, multi-country, FF, fleet, etc.).
  • Support reactivation of

    stopped, low-activity, or inactive accounts

    with focused outreach material.

5. CRM Management & Sales Governance

  • Monitor and report

    Zoho CRM updates

    regularly—lead quality, activity logs, funnel hygiene, and status accuracy.
  • Ensure sales teams follow CRM standards, tagging rules, and activity tracking guidelines.
  • Share weekly dashboards and insights with sales leadership.

6. Collaboration & Sales Readiness

  • Work closely with Hunters, KAMs, and Country Sales teams to understand gaps and enablement needs.
  • Support with training content, onboarding materials, and refresher sessions.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

    for data analysis, dashboards, and sales insights.
  • Basic PowerPoint & Word

    for creating professional client-facing materials.
  • Strong working knowledge of

    Zoho CRM

    (or any sales automation tool).
  • Mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI, research tools)

    for faster research, content creation, and data synthesis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Inside Sales, Market Research, or Pre-Sales.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-country environments.
