As a Sales Enablement Senior Analyst at Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, you will play a crucial role in improving Salesforce.com adoption and sales effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technical and commercial teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting, acting as a change agent within the organization. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To: - Drive sales success through process optimization, tool alignment, and continuous improvement. - Partner with Sales & Marketing teams globally to enhance commercial applications and standardize sales enablement practices. - Analyze, build, and deploy tools to enhance Salesforce adoption and sales effectiveness. - Collaborate with CRM Operations and Sales teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting. - Support change management, training, and user adoption of sales tools. - Contribute to financial planning by aligning CRM tools with forecasting processes. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include: - Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or CRM-related roles in an international environment. - Deep understanding of funnel management, sales operations, and strong Salesforce.com experience. - High proficiency in Excel. - Strong organization, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Adaptable to global time zones. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Prior DBS (Danaher Business System) or Continuous Improvement Experience. - MBA or Masters degree.
