As a Content Manager for Sales Enablement, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain sales-ready materials in the Global Knowledgebase and associated sales repositories. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the content effectively engages the audience, showcases product benefits, and aligns with marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the narrative strategy for engaging content - Improve repository development by integrating relevant artifacts - Source and consolidate reusable materials from different organizational channels - Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals - Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content optimization - Edit and proofread content to maintain quality standards - Upload sales materials to content platforms after approvals - Organize materials for client-ready documents and updates - Delegate tasks for content refinement - Categorize collateral within the knowledgebase and update with company-specific resources - Ensure metadata assignment and format compliance with templates - Label artifacts and add informational tags as per guidelines Content Lifecycle Management: - Demonstrate expertise in content creation and distribution - Manage content expiration and archival procedures - Assess repository regularly for accurate taxonomy tagging - Track expiration timelines and collaborate with experts for updates - Compile reports on content inventory and metrics - Conduct webinars and workshops for effective repository utilization Collaboration and Additional Duties: - Develop a network of subject matter experts for content creation - Address inquiries and provide support to experts - Partner with sales enablement team for promotional materials - Coordinate with IT for system enhancements Preferred Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or related field required; MBA preferred - Five years of experience in content management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in content management systems and MS Office - Ability to develop engaging content and demonstrate leadership This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams to create impactful content that drives sales enablement goals.
